Excel Bulk Audit
The Excel Bulk Audit feature in Auditzy empowers you to conduct synthetic monitoring for numerous URLs effortlessly. With a simple Excel upload, you can monitor over 5000+ visitor personas efficiently, streamlining the process of evaluating web performance across multiple platforms.
How to get started with Auditzy Excel Bulk Audit?
Step 1: Select the Test Profile
- Click on the Auditzy Menu on the Left Sidebar and select Excel Bulk Audit option.
- First step is to select the Test Profile on which you want to run the Excel Bulk Audit.
- Select Mode of Audit: Desktop, Mobile.
- Select from a range of Desktop and Mobile devices to run the audit on.
- Select the network speed to run the audit on.
- Select the location from where you want to run the audit from.
- Once the Test Profile is selected, Click on the Next button to proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Upload the Excel Sheet
- Download and fill in the Excel Bulk Audit template with the required data in .xlsx format. Then, upload the completed Excel sheet to initiate the test promptly.
- Once the excel sheet has been uploaded, Click on the Upload Excel and Start Bulk Audit button to create the batch and start the test.
- The Test will start and you will be redirected to the History listing page, where you will be able to view the status of the test.
We will send you an email notification notifying about how many valid and invalid URLs were found in the Excel sheet. The test will only run on the valid URLs.
Once the test is completed, you will receive an email notification with the test results.
Step 3: Viewing the Results
Once the test is completed the status of the batch will be updated to Completed and you will be able to view the results by clicking on the View Details button.
Batch Overview Listing Page
Batch Overview page provides insights into the URLs you included for batch audit testing. It provides a list of all the URLs that were audited with the Metric Scores (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO, PWA) and the Test Profile configuration used.
You can view the data for specific URLs by clicking on the View Report button.
You can easily download the test results in CSV format by clicking on the Request for Audit Report Data (CSV Format) via Email button. After requesting the report, you'll receive an email containing the download link once the report is ready.
You also have the option to download the uploaded Excel sheet by clicking on the Download Uploaded Excel button.
